Founded by Kristy, a passionate healer with a deep reverence for the body’s wisdom and the soul’s quiet resilience, the Soul & Stone Sanctuary was born from a desire to offer more than relief — to offer restoration and balance.

Inspired by the grounding presence of stone and the fluid grace of the soul, our practice blends therapeutic massage with intuitive care. Each treatment is a ritual of release, easing muscle tension, dissolving stress, and inviting balance back into the body. But it’s also a space for emotional stillness, where clients reconnect with their inner rhythm and leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more whole.
